La prospection rgulire m'a permis de dcouvrir de nouveaux
galets amnags.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><o:p>
Ces quatre choppers en quartzite peuvent tre rattachs
l'industrie dite "colombanienne" du littoral sud-armoricain<a style="mso-footnote-id:
ftn1" href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: FR; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-special-character: footnote" class="MsoFootnoteReference">[1]</span></a>,
sans toutefois pouvoir l'affirmer car ils ont t trouvs sans
contexte particulier, hors stratigraphie qui permettrait une datation.
C'est le problme pos par les trouvailles en surface, les galets amnags
ayant t confectionns durant tout le palolithique et jusqu'au nolithique.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><o:p>
Les deux choppers fig. 1 et fig. 2 prsentent un tranchant ayant
un angle aigu; ils ont pu tre destins un travail de dpeage et
de boucherie: il ne faut pas oublier que pendant les priodes
glaciaires, le gibier abattu devenait rapidement dur par les tempratures
ngatives et que l'emploi de ces robustes outils tait alors ncessaire.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><o:p>
Le chopper fig. 3, lourd et massif, a un tranchant trs obtus,
proche de 90 sans doute destin broyer ou clater les os plutt
qu' dcouper du gibier.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><o:p>
Le chopper fig. 4 prsente un long tranchant transversal, peut-tre
destin l'abattage d'arbres ou de grosses branches pour la
confection d'abris?</p>
