Depuis la mise en uvre de notre programme de prospection arienne en
1990, 766 sites indits, en majorit protohistoriques, ont t dcouverts
sur les dpartements du Morbihan et du Finistre (Partie Ouest du
Morbihan et Sud-Est du Finistre).</font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-indent:39.7pt"><font face="Comic Sans MS">Ces dcouvertes
sont une avance majeure pour la dcouverte de <st1:PersonName
ProductID="la Protohistoire" w:st="on">
la Protohistoire</st1:PersonName>
de notre Bretagne dont on ne connaissait en gnral jusqu prsent
que des monuments funraires ou religieux, stles et tombelles en
particulier. Sauf rares exceptions, les sites dhabitats de cette poque
nous taient jusqu prsent inconnus.</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-indent:39.7pt"><font face="Comic Sans MS">Ils
sont ingalement rpartis, le record tant dtenu par la commune de
Caudan dans le Morbihan avec 33 enclos. Mais il ne faudrait pas en
conclure que la concentration denclos protohistoriques est plus
importante sur cette commune, les conditions de dtection des enclos tant
particulirement alatoires selon les cultures et linfluence du
vent qui assche plus ou moins le sol. Et un certain nombre de ces
enclos tait probablement des parcs bestiaux, en particulier dans le
cas o ces enclos taient situs sur des terrains en pente.</font></p>

conclusions htives sur loccupation du sol telle ou telle poque.
En labsence de fouilles ces enclos ne peuvent tre ni identifis,
ni dats de faon prcise, la fourchette chronologique la plus large
gnralement admise stalant de la fin de lAge du Bronze au
Haut Moyen-Age. Seules des fouilles pourraient peut-tre permettre de
dater ces enclos. Ce nest pas le cas actuellement : mettre en uvre
